I began serving my first term in the Alabama State Senate in 1998 and have continued to serve the constituents of District 12 since that time. I am a small business man who chose to go to Montgomery with conservative values and to push for legislation that creates a good climate for small business. I truly believe that small business is the key for job growth and economic development.
Since 1991, I have been the owner of Aerospace Coatings International, a local business which currently employs over 130 people in the District 12 area. ACI provides engineering services and repair for aircraft piece parts.
When I'm not spending time with my family- my wife Ginger and my two children, Justin and Christine, I enjoy playing tennis, hunting, and fishing.
